Week 4 college football picks … keep your eye on the camera, man

college football picks cheerleader cameramanWhen you see an NFL “cheerleader” dancing in front of you, don’t run her over with a camera.

And if you’re an NFL “cheerleader” dancing, maybe you should always keep one eye on the camera, man.

I say neither one was thinking. They should get off the football field and start making football picks. That’s what I do.

Week 3 was my worst week yet. Ugh! I only was correct on 78 percent of my picks, down from 81 percent in Week 2. I know, I know: Think less, pick better.

Get to pickin’

Here are my picks for Week 4 — again, made without even thinking:

TCU at Oklahoma State: Oklahoma State, 48-31. Run, run, Rudolph, Horned Frogs are coming to town.

Alabama at Vanderbilt: Alabama, 35-17. Vandy is dandy, but Jalen is quicker.

Mississippi State at Georgia: Mississippi State, 27-24. Just can’t believe MSU ‘Dogs can fall that quickly one week after a big victory.

Florida at Kentucky: Kentucky, 24-20. Can totally believe Florida can fall that quickly one week after a big victory.

N.C. State at Florida State: N.C. State, 31-10. It’s stale Seminoles with a fresh quarterback. Not a good mix.

Penn State at Iowa: Penn State, 38-17. Nittany Lions are looking stronger and stronger each week.

Virginia at Boise State: Boise State, 35-21. Blue field gets them every time.

UNLV at Ohio State: Ohio State, 56-0. Ugly game of the week. Remember, UNLV  lost to FCS school, Howard.

UCLA at Stanford: Stanford 40-21. A week after both teams were upset, Stanford has an easier time bouncing back.

Utah at Arizona: Utah 42-14. What’s a Ute?

Washington at Colorado: Washington, 28-17. In a battle of undefeated teams, Huskies will prevail.

Duke at North Carolina: Duke, 40-38. Where’s the basketball?

Lightning-fast picks

Now here’s some really fast, no-thinking picks, winners only:

Louisville, Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, Clemson, Miami, Appalachian State,  Maryland, Nebraska, Indiana, Michigan,  Notre Dame, West Virginia, Texas Tech, Oklahoma …

USC, Washington State, Oregon, Texas A&M, Tennessee, South Carolina, LSU, Auburn, South Florida, Army, Tulsa, South Alabama, Ohio, Navy, Miami (Ohio), Lousiana-Lafayette …
