Missouri knows it pays to be in SEC

When Missouri officially left the Big 12 in 2012, then-interim Big 12 commissioner Chuck Neinas said in a new release that “I personally believe this decision is a mistake and that Missouri is a better fit in the Big 12.”

Well, Chuck, five years later, the Missouri family would respectfully disagree.

Wolverines head to Rome! Are you not entertained?

OK, let’s rein it in a little.

Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh, who took his team to Florida for spring practices in 2016, will be taking his team to Rome this year, approximately four months before the NCAA makes it illegal to take a football team off campus during spring break.

He simply is taking advantage of a loophole this spring before the NCAA tightens it in August.
